Salary: $65,000 - $120,000 (DOE)

YourRole
As our Five9 Platform Administrator, you will serve as the subject‑matter expert and primary administrator for our Five9 cloud contact center platform. You will play a critical role in optimizing system performance, managing integrations, and ensuring our contact center operates with efficiency and reliability.
Key Responsibilities- Configure and manage Five9 features, including IVRs, ACD, call routing, campaigns, permissions, and reporting
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors to ensure seamless operations
- Integrate Five9 with CRM and workflow tools such as Soho, Hub Spot, and/or Field Routes
- Develop automations and process enhancements to streamline workflows and improve data integrity
- Provide technical support and guidance to the call center team
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and configurations

- 3+ years of experience managing a cloud‑based contact center platform (Five9 required)
- Strong understanding of IVR, ACD, and contact center operations
- Practical experience with API integrations
- Strong technical troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent relevant experience)
- Python, Big Query, Looker, and/or Sigma are a plus!
