Our objective is to provide clients with a unique business perspective on how to leverage SAP technology specifically within Digital Manufacturing Cloud (DMC) to enhance their operational efficiency. This is rooted in EY’s SAP service line capabilities (Supply Chain, FICO, BPC, Data & Analytics, Customer, Tech/Arch and Success Factors) that are focused on helping clients improve performance and increase productivity.

We are looking for an innovative SAP professional to join our Technical Consulting team, specializing in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud within the Core Supply Chain capability. In this role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, leveraging your expertise in SAP technology to drive improved outcomes and sustainable results.

In this role, you will interact with business stakeholders to evaluate business models, processes, and operations. You will gather, understand, and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications. Additionally, you will analyze newly implemented technology solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver system architecture solutions.

As a Manager in Technology Analysis, you will play a pivotal role in managing and delivering complex technical initiatives related to DMC. You will face challenges that require innovative problem-solving and analytical skills, providing you with opportunities to grow and learn in a dynamic environment. This role requires regular travel to meet client needs.

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure effective management of processes and solutions within the DMC framework.

• Track deliverable completion and project status, ensuring alignment with performance objectives.

• Actively participate in client working sessions, leading work streams from planning through execution and closure.

• Lead and design workshops in the manufacturing space, gathering requirements and recommending S/4 HANA best practices to implement tailored solutions in clients’ SAP environments.

• Manage a hybrid team of offshore and onshore team members, ensuring timely project delivery and adherence to implementation schedules.

• Exhibit strong functional expertise in SAP Digital Manufacturing Cloud, complemented by robust business acumen.

• Oversee and deliver high-quality SAP projects or work streams.

• Provide exceptional client service by tracking project milestones, managing risks, and maintaining clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress and results.

• Cultivate and sustain relationships with key client personnel at all levels.

To excel in this role, you will need a blend of technical and interpersonal skills. Your ability to build relationships and communicate effectively will be crucial in delivering exceptional client service.

In your typical engagement, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to assess their needs and provide insights into SAP capabilities in manufacturing and digital manufacturing cloud. You will lead requirement gathering, solution design, blueprinting, testing, and documentation. Additionally, you will work closely with stakeholders and the technical team to translate requirements into effective business solutions, overseeing configurations, customizations, and integrations with both SAP and non-SAP systems.
