As we continue to enhance and modernize our technology environment, we are seeking an experienced, hands-on engineer to take a leading role in building and maintaining a secure, reliable, and scalable cloud platform.

Touch Suite is seeking a Senior Dev Ops Engineer (Azure Infrastructure) to lead the architecture, automation, security, and operational reliability of our cloud environment. This is a high-impact individual contributor opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys taking ownership of technology, solving complex infrastructure challenges, and introducing improvements that make systems more reliable, secure, and efficient.

You will serve as the primary technical owner of our Microsoft Azure environment, including Azure SQL, Azure Functions, App Services, identity management, and CI/CD pipelines. You will also support the integration of Mule Soft into our Azure infrastructure and oversee a limited AWS environment supporting legacy data retention.

Working closely with application developers, IT leadership, and business stakeholders, you will have the autonomy to recommend architectural improvements, establish infrastructure standards, and modernize our cloud engineering practices.

• Design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve Touch Suite's Microsoft Azure infrastructure.
• Manage Azure SQL databases, including performance optimization, backup and recovery, high availability, geo-redundancy, and access controls.
• Deploy, configure, and support Azure Function Apps and App Service Web Apps, including scaling, networking, deployment slots, and application configurations.
• Manage Microsoft Entra , role-based access controls, managed identities, and authentication services.
• Oversee Azure Key Vault, including secrets management, certificates, encryption keys, and certificate renewals.
• Implement proactive monitoring, logging, and alerting using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, identify root causes, and implement preventive improvements.
• Monitor and optimize cloud infrastructure costs through resource utilization analysis, right-sizing, and cost management recommendations.

• Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform, Bicep, or ARM templates.
• Build, enhance, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions and/or Azure Dev Ops.
• Automate infrastructure provisioning, application deployments, configuration management, and routine operational tasks.
• Establish consistent deployment practices across development, testing, and production environments.
