P&C Insurance Underwriting Supervisor

• Bachelor s degree in business or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3-5 years of Personal Lines Homeowners underwriting experience; management experience preferred
• Strong adaptability, multitasking, and time management skills
• Proven oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and various structured analysis techniques

• Completion of insurance-related coursework, including AINS, CPCU, or other relevant certifications
