Foreclosure Litigation Attorney

Howard Law is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Litigation Attorney to join our dynamic team. The attorney will represent banks, mortgage lenders, and financial institutions in foreclosure proceedings, eviction actions, and related real estate litigation. This position requires strong litigation skills, knowledge of foreclosure law, and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload in a fast-paced environment.

• Represent lenders and servicers in foreclosure and eviction proceedings.
• Draft and file pleadings, discovery, motions, and appellate briefs.
• Defend against borrower claims (e.g., wrongful foreclosure, RESPA, TILA, FDCPA).
• Conduct hearings, mediations, depositions, and trials in state and federal courts.
• Negotiate settlements, loan workouts, and forbearance agreements.

• J.D. from an accredited law school; active state bar membership.
• Litigation experience in foreclosure or real estate law preferred.
• Strong research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload and meet deadlines.
