Overview

Expanding full-service real estate law firm based in South Florida is seeking a self-motivated Real Estate Attorney to manage the firm s Atlanta, Georgia law practice. Successful candidates must have experience in mortgage foreclosures as they will be responsible for working non judicial foreclosures, must be a Georgia licensed title agent with experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end.

• Manage the firm s Atlanta, Georgia law practice.
• Provide experience in mortgage foreclosures, including non-judicial foreclosures.
• Serve as a Georgia licensed title agent with experience in Georgia real estate closings and handle closings from start to finish.

• Must have a valid Georgia Bar license in good standing; being licensed to practice in Florida is a plus.
• Must have a minimum of 3-5 years of Georgia mortgage foreclosure experience; GA Creditor Bankruptcy experience and eviction experience are a plus.
• Must be a Georgia licensed title agent with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in real estate closings within the state of Georgia and fully competent to handle real estate closings from beginning to end.
• Must have excellent attention to detail, organizational, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to work independently.
