Private Client Trusts & Estates Attorney

Cozen O’Connor’s Private Client, Trust & Estates group is looking for a driven attorney with a minimum of six years of experience to join the firm in the Boca Raton office. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients in tax oriented estate and trust planning, family office structure and administration, wealth management, wealth transfer, philanthropic giving, and business succession planning.

An in-depth understanding of the tax code, trust and estates laws, securities regulations, and accounting procedures is required. The candidate will also have significant client-facing experience as well as experience training and mentoring junior associates. The candidate will be resident in Boca Raton office, but we are open to the position sitting in the Miami office for the right candidate.

Portable business is not required, but is a plus. Must be licensed in good standing in Florida. This is an on-track position with an opportunity for growth and development in a thriving practice, and the title will be determined by the level of experience.
