We are Florida's premier residential construction law firm for homeowners. We handle construction disputes through all phases of pre‑litigation and litigation in Florida state and Federal courts. We are growing very aggressively and seek an experienced Florida litigation paralegal (10+ years) to join our team.
On the legal production side of our firm, we currently have 3 attorneys, 2 Legal Assistants, a Legal Production Coordinator, and a Construction Project Analyst. This position would place you as the right hand of our Senior Associate.
Our office is located in Boca Raton, Florida; however, this job can be performed remotely. Experience with Florida Courts and knowledge of Florida legal procedure are required. Experience with Construction Law is a significant plus.

Compensation: $65,000 - $95,000 Yearly DOE
