Are you an experienced insurance attorney looking to step away from billable hours and into a collaborative, business-focused in-house role? We are seeking an In-House Insurance Attorney to join our team in Boca Raton. This role will play a key part in supporting the company across a wide range of insurance-related legal matters, with a particular emphasis on homeowners and property insurance. You will serve as a trusted legal partner to internal teams, providing clear, business-minded guidance while helping manage risk and ensure compliance.

In this position, you will draft, review, and interpret insurance policies and endorsements; advise on coverage issues, regulatory compliance, and risk management; and provide legal guidance on homeowners insurance claims, property damage matters, coverage disputes, and potential bad faith exposure. You will also oversee claims-related litigation and outside counsel, collaborate closely with claims and operational teams, and translate complex legal issues into clear, practical recommendations.

The ideal candidate will hold a JD and be admitted to the Florida Bar, with demonstrated experience in insurance law—particularly homeowners or property insurance. Strong analytical and writing skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments are essential. Prior in-house experience is a plus, but not required.
