Position SummaryIn this role, you will ensure our clients receive the best care and obtain excellent results. Attorneys are expected to meet with clients to discuss their case, show compassion and empathy, and demonstrate an ability to earn their trust, confidence, and respect. They will also update clients and communicate with insurance companies regarding the status of claims, demands, and offers. Additionally, the Attorney should be able to prepare the case for trial and try the case if needed.
Requirements& Skills
- Full‑time
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
- 3 to 5 years of Personal Injury litigation experience
- Member of the Texas Bar and in good standing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Experience evaluating claims, etc.
- Superb negotiation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive approach to problem‑solving
- Ability to work independently in an office environment
