We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Litigation Paralegal with 8+ years of substantive litigation experience to join our team, focusing on plaintiff first-party property or personal injury matters within the State of Florida. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional who can take ownership of case management, anticipate attorney needs, and independently handle advanced litigation responsibilities.

• 8+ years of civil litigation paralegal experience
• Expert knowledge with the Florida Courts e-Filing Portal and judicial scheduling systems
• Strong Command of Florida Rules of Civil Procedure
• Proven ability to draft, format, and file complex litigation documents with minimal supervision
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and time-management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage a busy docket and work efficiently under pressure
• Professional demeanor with a strong client-service orientation

• Draft, format, and file motions, pleadings, and discovery responses
• Calendar and track all deadlines, hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
• Review trial orders and ensure compliance with all requirements and timelines
• Coordinate hearings and utilize judicial calendars
• Maintain organized case files and monitor case progression
• Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and responding to inquiries
• Assist with trial preparation as needed
• Handle e-filing through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal
• Assist attorneys with additional litigation support tasks as assigned
