Deposition Attorney

Schedule: On-site, 5 days/week (flexible hours)

Compensation: ~$100,000 base + annual discretionary bonus

We are a rapidly growing plaintiff-side nursing home negligence and elder abuse law firm with a relaxed, collaborative culture. As one of the largest firms in the country focused exclusively on this niche, we work repeatedly with the same defense firms and insurance carriers—allowing for efficient, streamlined depositions and strong professional familiarity.

This is a 100% deposition-focused attorney role
. The Deposition Attorney will not handle litigation, motion practice, hearings, or client matters
. Instead, this attorney will conduct all depositions firm-wide
, supporting multiple attorneys across active cases.

This is a true opportunity position with a clear path to promotion to Associate Attorney for strong performers.

• Take depositions of nurses, CNAs, facility staff, and management
• Prepare for and conduct depositions across all firm cases
• Work closely with supervising attorneys on deposition strategy
• Serve as the firm’s dedicated deposition resource

• Strong deposition or witness examination experience
• Backgrounds encouraged:
  State Attorney, Public Defender, PI, or medical malpractice
• Open to relocation

• Focus on advocacy and cross-examination
