Our client is seeking a Litigation Attorney to manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation, with a strong emphasis on hearings, depositions, motion practice, and settlement negotiations. This is an ideal opportunity for a litigation‑focused attorney who wants to develop deeper trial skills while supporting a busy trial team.

• Handle personal injury cases from pre‑suit transition through litigation and resolution
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, attend hearings, and participate in mediations
• Communicate with clients consistently and professionally
• Evaluate claims and negotiate settlements with insurers
• Support trial preparation alongside the trial team when needed
• Work collaboratively with legal staff to advance case strategy

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 3‑5 years of plaintiff personal injury litigation experience
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
• Excellent negotiation and case‑management abilities
• Collaborative yet able to manage caseload independently
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

• Base salary of $150,000–$160,000
