Role

As a Project Director in our Orlando office, you will serve as the primary interface with clients and lead the project team in the strategic planning, design and construction of new buildings, tenant improvement buildouts and facilities assignments. Your initial focus will be on residential projects in the Boca Raton area.

Responsibilities
  • Lead client and project teams through all phases of development and construction.
  • Oversee project planning, budgeting, scheduling and quality control.
  • Represent the fiduciary interests of the developer or investor as an owner’s representative or project manager.
  • Develop and manage project pro formas, including budgets, operating cash flows, IRR and other financial metrics.
  • Maintain comprehensive project controls, documentation and construction sequencing.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, occupancy laws, lease requirements and value‑engineering practices.
  • Build and sustain long‑term relationships with clients, architects, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Deliver projects on time, within budget and to client expectations.
Qualifications
  • 10+ years of development and project management experience in the hospitality industry.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Real Estate Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an Owner’s Representative or Project Manager representing developers or investors.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation and problem‑solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage teams through all project phases while meeting or exceeding client expectations.
  • Proficiency with project controls, construction documentation and sequencing.
  • Understanding of alternate materials/methods, construction costs, value‑engineering and building/occupancy laws.
  • Discretion in handling confidential information.
  • High integrity, business ethics and collaborative team orientation.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; polished executive presence.
