A growing company is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to lead and inspire a team of 3-4 Staff/Senior level professionals. Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of accounting professionals, fostering growth and collaboration.
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and company policies.
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and internal controls to support business growth and efficiency.
• Partner with leadership to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and leverage technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• Big4 experience preferred
• CPA highly preferred
