Lead, coach, and train the Service team to create a fun atmosphere, host members, and serve as the hub for information for our members, guests, and staff.
Responsibilities- Passionate about creating an elevated member experience through friendly, approachable service.
- Hire, train, schedule, and supervise staff for kids club, front desk, and janitorial roles.
- Communicate goals, expectations, and procedures clearly to all team members.
- Provide constructive feedback on performance using specific language.
- Address member concerns, manage membership inquiries, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain certifications.
- Supervise facility maintenance and cleanliness of equipment, locker rooms, and common areas.
- Partner with Sales, Fitness, Facilities, and Marketing to improve gym performance and uphold brand standards.
- Monitor and order inventory of fitness equipment, cleaning supplies, and retail products.
- Communicate calmly and clearly with staff and members during emergencies or disruptions to ensure safety and well‑being.
- 2-3 years of operations management experience.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- 3-4 years of customer service experience.
- Prior experience or strong interest in the fitness industry is a plus.
- Excellent relationship building and influencing skills with people at all levels.
- Strong detail orientation, systematic problem‑solving approach, and good time management.
- Excellent MS Office skills.

- Must successfully pass background check.
- CPR certification required within 30 days of hire.
- Must be intimately knowledgeable of company policies and SOPs.
- Ability to work in a gym setting, move about club floors, and communicate with employees, members, and the public.
- Ability to access and operate company computer systems for documents, data entry, and reports.
- Ability to bend routine, repeatedly lift more than 40 lbs.
Salary Pay Range: $58,656—$66,000 USD.
