POSITION OVERVIEW

As the Senior Director of Category Development, you'll lead the Celsius Holdings energy portfolio retailer-facing category strategy across the US and elevate how the Energy category is defined, planned, and grown with our key customers. This is a high-impact commercial leadership role responsible for advancing our category thought leadership, shaping category and assortment strategies with top retailers, and driving mutual growth for CELSIUS, Alani Nu, and our broader portfolio.

You'll bring deep CPG and beverage category expertise, exceptional commercial instincts, and the ability to influence senior retailers through data-driven storytelling and strong strategic perspective. You'll also lead and develop a high-performing team of Category Development Managers and Senior Managers while building scalable capabilities that strengthen Celsius Holdings commercial excellence.
