A leading food manufacturing facility in the Boca Raton, FL is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to lead daily operations, production, safety, and quality initiatives. This high-impact role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and continuous improvement across all plant functions.

• Lead all aspects of production, quality assurance, maintenance, sanitation, and inventory management.
• Oversee daily schedules, staffing, and cost controls across facility operations.
• Drive operational excellence through process improvement, KPI tracking, and performance optimization.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, GMP, and food safety regulations; maintain audit readiness.
• Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and report on production and labor metrics.
• Train and develop cross-functional teams to improve productivity and safety culture.
• Collaborate with corporate operations, distribution, and supply chain teams.
• Serve as the point of contact for customer service, product quality, and equipment performance.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Food Science, Agriculture, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 7–10 years of plant or operations management experience in the fresh/fresh-cut produce industry.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and supply chain operations.
• Proficient in ERP, WMS, or CMMS systems (e.g., Famous, Redzone).
• Proven leadership, budgeting, and team-building skills.
• Deep understanding of health, safety, and compliance requirements.
