Manufacturing & Quality Manager

PEC, an international technology supplier, committed to enable the production of green batteries for a Blue Planet. We are looking for a Manufacturing & Quality Executive to join us in our mission to contribute to a greener future. The role is based at our Huzhou Plant, China. By joining us, you will contribute to building the first large scale battery factories in Europe, Asia and the United States.

As the Manufacturing & Quality Executive, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination and control the quality control systems in our production facility in China. You will make sure our products are compliant with industry standards and customer requirements.

You will play a key leadership role in optimizing the performance of the production team, implementing best-in-class manufacturing practices, and ensuring the plant operates at peak performance to meet business objectives.

• Plan, direct, and manage the overall manufacturing process to achieve output, quality, and cost targets.
• Ensure the timely delivery of manufactured products in line with customer requirements and internal standards.
• Oversee production planning, resource allocation, and performance monitoring to optimize operational efficiency.
• Ensure all quality control programs are effectively executed and that production meets product specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct regular reviews of quality performance and lead root cause analyses with corrective and preventive action follow‑up.
• Train the production team on quality best practices and procedures.
• Collaborate with our cross‑functional engineering teams to ensure improvement in product quality and production efficiency.

• a Master degree in Quality Management, Production or Engineering
• 5 years of proven experience as Quality and/or Production Manager, in a manufacturing environment
• Had international exposure to European or US manufacturing environments
• An in-depth knowledge of quality standards
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
