Encapsulation Operator; Evening Shift

Overview

Encapsulation Operator (Evening Shift) at Nestlé Health Science. This entry‑level role contributes to producing world‑class products behind trusted brands. You’ll work with machinery, follow safety and quality procedures, and help ensure smooth operation of the production line. This position offers an evening shift: 3:00pm – 11:30pm, Monday – Friday.

• Operate and monitor production equipment.
• Load, unload, clean, and adjust machinery.
• Perform basic troubleshooting and routine maintenance.
• Accurately measure and scale ingredients.
• Complete quality checks and record data.
• Keep the work area clean.
• Follow safety rules, SOPs, and cGMP guidelines.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 0–2 years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse work.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand, bend, and move throughout the shift.

• Basic understanding of manufacturing equipment and inventory processes (preferred).
• Comfortable using computers or tablets.
• Able to read, write, and understand English.
• Basic math and mechanical understanding.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Team‑oriented and dependable.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.

Compensation:
The approximate hourly pay for this position is $20.05 to $20.61. This range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting and final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
