Compo under

• To manufacture cosmetic and OTC product according to cGMP regulations, company SOPs, and OSHA regulations. Work involves weighing and manufacturing of products, as well as cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and facilities. Interface directly with Supervisors and Management. Assists Compounding Supervisor with the daily activities of the shift and assignment of personnel.
• Other duties as may be assigned by the Compounding Supervisor.

• Prepare batches of bulk product as defined in the Master Batch Record
• Complete paperwork related to the manufacture of batches according to SOPs and cGMPs.
• Clean equipment and facilities as defined in company SOPs and cGMPs.
• Learn proper cleaning, assembly, and operation of complex compounding equipment.
• Assist in developing operational and cleaning procedures for new equipment.
• Compound extremely complex batches of product as defined in the Manufacturing Batch Record and by procedures in company SOPs
• Assist in the development of new formulations as required by R&D and the Compounding Supervisor.
• Understand and comply with all Cosmetic Solutions safety, environmental and quality practices and procedures as outlined in organizational/departmental guidelines and SOPs as well as applicable federal, state and local regulations.
• Ability to be a leader in the Safety culture in the department
• Comply with all Quality expectations of job function

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to read and write in English. Ability to do basic math and to use a computer to print labels and review batch record.
