Production Associate / Production Line, Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, Machine Operator
Assist with daily production operations, including screen printing, DTF printing, heat pressing, and embroidery.
Operate, maintain, and clean production machinery and equipment.
Prepare garments and materials for printing and embroidery.
Assist with inventory receiving, organizing, pulling, and preparing items for production.
Perform quality control checks to ensure finished products meet company standards.
Fold, pack, label, and prepare completed orders for customer pickup or shipping.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production environment.
Assist with basic equipment maintenance and troubleshooting.
Work closely with the production team to ensure customer orders are completed accurately and on schedule.
Support other departments as needed to meet daily production deadlines.
Previous experience in production, manufacturing, printing, or related fields preferred.
Experience with screen printing, DTF printing, heat press machines, or embroidery equipment is a plus.
Ability to handle physical tasks, including standing for extended periods, lifting boxes, and moving inventory.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn new skills.
