Come join Comfort Care Homecare Inc in Palm Beach County, FL as a Home Health Registered Nurse. We are looking for a compassionate and experienced RN to provide excellent patient care. We are offering Full Time, Part time and Per diem positions.

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs
• Develop and implement patient care plans
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician

• Current RN license in the state of Florida
• At least one year of experience as a Home Health RN
• Computer literacy and familiarity with electronic medical records
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Compassionate and caring demeanor
