Assess patients' health condition and needs

Administer medications and treatments according to physicians’ orders

Monitor patients’ conditions and progress and report any changes

Instruct patients and their families in proper care

Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and their families

Ensure compliance with all regulations and standards

Maintain accurate patient medical records

Perform other duties as assigned

Current LPN license in the state of Florida

Required 1+ yeas of experience as an LPN

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

Knowledge of medical terminology and equipment

Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
