Elite Medical Staffing is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for an Interim
Director of Nursing (DON) position in Boca Raton, FL
. Successful candidates will have previous DON experience and a strong ability to apply clinical skills to new settings.

• $48/hr
• 13‑Week Contract
• Daily Pay through the Rain App, access 50% of your earned wages on a daily basis (optional)

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• FL RN license or compact license
• 2‑3 years previous DON experience (in SNF, ALF, or Memory Care settings)
• ALF CORE Trained
• 1 year previous experience working under active license
• Willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• Willing to take a drug test in accordance with local law/regulations and federal guidelines
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Maintain consistent attendance; punctual for scheduled shifts
