Shifts: All Shifts Available
Salary: Up to $40 per hour
Position OverviewJoin our dedicated nursing team at Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, where compassionate care and clinical excellence come first. As a Registered Nurse, you will work closely with the Director and Assistant Director of Nursing to ensure our residents receive the highest standard of care every day.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate effectively with DON and ADON to maintain and elevate resident care quality.
- Implement and uphold nursing protocols, ensuring compliance with facility and regulatory standards.
- Conduct daily nursing rounds to monitor and assure adherence to care plans and quality benchmarks.
- Support facility surveys by preparing documentation and assisting with follow-up actions.
- Address resident and family concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction and resolution of grievances.
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Florida.
- Prior nursing home experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to thrive in a collaborative environment.
