RN Evening Supervisor

Location: Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center, Boca Raton, FL

Shift: Full Time, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

Base Pay Range: $78,000 - $80,000 per year

Boca Circle Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Evening Supervisor (RN) to lead our evening nursing team and ensure exceptional care for our residents. This leadership role offers the opportunity to shape daily operations, support our staff, and directly impact the well‑being of those we serve.

• Lead and support the evening nursing team, ensuring high‑quality resident care in compliance with facility policies and state/federal regulations.
• Collaborate with the Director and Associate Director of Nursing to plan, develop, and optimize daily nursing operations.
• Participate in facility surveys and inspections, ensuring readiness and compliance.
• Oversee staffing levels to maintain safe and efficient operations throughout the shift.
• Conduct regular rounds, providing guidance, feedback, and performance monitoring for staff.
• Manage and elevate staff concerns or grievances as appropriate.
• Welcome and support new residents during admission, ensuring a smooth and positive experience.
• Accompany physicians on rounds and assist with comprehensive nursing assessments.
• Supervise medication administration and treatments, ensuring accuracy and adherence to physician orders.
• Provide hands‑on nursing care as needed, supporting residents directly.
• Participate in performance evaluations for LPNs and CNAs, fostering professional growth and accountability.

• Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current and valid RN license in Florida.
• Minimum of 2 years direct care experience in long‑term care, restorative, or geriatric settings.
• At least 1 year of nursing management or supervisory experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with a passion for resident‑centered care.
