Salary: $27.00 - $29.97 per hour

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will implement individualized care plans, perform essential medical procedures, and ensure the well‑being and dignity of those entrusted to your care.

• Order and manage necessary medications, supplies, and equipment to support resident care.
• Implement personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique needs.
• Perform wound care, treatments, and other medical procedures with precision and compassion.
• Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of observations, interventions, and patient progress.
• Uphold strict confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in a skilled nursing facility.
• Valid and active LPN license in the State of Florida.
• Strong clinical skills and attention to detail.
