Woodfield Country Club is seeking skilled golf course Grounds Workers and Equipment Operators
. Responsibilities include maintaining property grounds and turf in playing condition as directed by supervisors. We provide competitive pay based on experience and skill level. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

• Connect hoses and sprinkler systems at designated points on the course to irrigate turf.
• Plants, trims, and sprays trees and shrubs.
• Safely operates equipment such as mowers and pluggers used for course maintenance.
• Cleans machinery after each use.
• Inspects machinery and reports equipment problems to supervisor.
• Loads and unloads materials.
• Trims trees and removes cuttings.
• Collects and empties litter cans.
• Cleans gutters, drains, and culverts.
• Mow greens, fairways, tees, and rough.
• Operate smaller equipment as directed by supervisor.
• Ensures equipment cooling system is working; refills fuel and oil daily; cleans equipment daily; reports problems to Equipment Manager immediately.
• Provides basic preventive maintenance on equipment as directed by manager or supervisor and returns equipment to designated location at maintenance facility.
• Performs other duties as directed by supervisor.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid and current Florida driver's license.
• Experience with driving mowers, tractors, and push mowers.
