We’re seeking a Senior Formulating Chemist – Innovation who is driven by curiosity, energized by complexity, and motivated to create what doesn’t yet exist. This is a highly visible role for a scientist who wants to influence the future of beauty through cutting‑edge formulation, novel technologies, and bold thinking. As a key contributor within our Cosmetic Solutions Innovation Lab, you will lead exploratory research and next‑generation formulation development from early concept through commercialization.

You’ll translate trends, technologies, and data into differentiated, high‑performance products while collaborating across R&D, Manufacturing, QA/QC, Sales, and Marketing. This role blends scientific rigor with creative freedom and is ideal for an experienced formulator who thrives in fast‑paced, innovation‑driven environments and wants their work to shape the market.

• Lead innovative R&D projects focused on breakthrough formulation concepts, emerging technologies, and evolving consumer needs
• Design, develop, and modernize formulations using advanced materials, clean/green chemistry principles, and novel delivery systems
• Conduct investigational research, troubleshoot complex challenges, and explore unconventional formulation pathways
• Translate macro trends and scientific insights into compelling product concepts with clear differentiation
• Analyze experimental data, draw sound scientific conclusions, and present findings
• Partner closely with internal and R&D team to ensure seamless scale‑up and commercialization
• Manage projects from product briefs and client requests, delivering on timelines without compromising quality
• Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and external partners to drive innovation and influence product direction
• Provide technical expertise and thought leadership to Sales and Marketing during client engagements
• Maintain rigorous lab safety standards while fostering a culture of experimentation, curiosity, and continuous improvement
