Location:

777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431.

Schedule:

Part‑time, weekends required. Pay: $14.00–$15.50 per hour.

Maintains dishes, pots, pans, trays, kitchen work areas, equipment and utensils in an orderly and sanitary condition.

• Scrape and rinse food from dirty dishes and wash by hand or arrange in racks or conveyor for dishwashing machine.
• Wash pots, pans, and trays following assigned procedures.
• Polish silver using burnishing machine, tumbler, chemical dip, buffing wheel, and hand cloth.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures.
• Maintain temperature and chemical levels per standards.
• Keep dish area orderly and compliant with safety standards.
• Sweep and mop kitchen floors to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Wash work tables, walls, refrigerators, meat blocks, and other food prep surfaces.
• Remove trash and place it in designated containers; steam clean or hose out garbage cans.
• Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas.
• Help load and unload supplies and product.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Dishwasher experience preferred but not required.

Because this position requires services in an educational facility, there may be periods when the Company does not require you to perform work (e.g., winter and summer breaks). Such periods may be unpaid and considered a temporary layoff. Depending on business needs, you may be required to work year‑round.
