Overview

Gary Rack’s Farmhouse Kitchen is growing with new locations opening in 2026. We seek an experienced Sous Chef / Kitchen Manager to lead our Boca Raton kitchen, maintaining our “Just Good Food” standards and preparing the team for upcoming grand openings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Kitchen Leadership:
    Oversee daily BOH operations, ensuring line readiness and adherence to “Just Good Food” standards.
  • Seasonal Integrity:
    Maintain the quality of our 100% from‑scratch, locally sourced menu.
  • Team Mentorship:
    Train and develop BOH team around core values of hard work, dedication, integrity, and honesty.
  • Inventory & Cost Control:
    Manage inventory, food costs, and labor to meet profitability targets.
  • Experience Maker:
    Create an inspired dining experience reflecting our commitment to wellness and sustainable dining.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of Kitchen Management experience in a high‑volume casual or upscale‑casual environment.
  • Culinary Skill:
    Proven background in from‑scratch and farm‑to‑table kitchens.
  • Leadership:
    Ability to manage diverse teams and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Age:
    At least 21 years of age.
  • Availability:
    Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
