Training Captain

Position Summary

The Training Captain supports front-of-house service while helping maintain consistency and service standards on the floor. This role plays an active part in onboarding new team members by leading service on the floor and setting the tone during day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate is confident, polished, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced, refined environments.

• Lead by example during service, delivering a hightouch guest experience.
• Support the onboarding of frontofhouse team members by leading service on the floor.
• Reinforce service standards, flow, and hospitality expectations in an intimate service environment.
• Serve as a point of contact on the floor during service, maintaining communication with management.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and support weekly ordering and invoice tracking.
• Maintain a clean, organized space in accordance with health, safety, and brand standards.

• Strong service leadership presence with attention to detail.
• Clear, confident communication skills and comfort engaging with guests.
• Ability to balance active service with training support responsibilities.
• Familiarity with reservation systems (Open Table preferred) and POS systems, with willingness to learn additional systems as needed.
