• Deliver freshly prepared food from the kitchen to tables efficiently while maintaining quality standards
• Assist servers by bussing tables, clearing dishes, and resetting for new guests to ensure smooth service flow
• Support food preparation tasks as needed, including plating and garnishing dishes in accordance with safety standards
• Use POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to process orders accurately and handle guest transactions seamlessly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including setting up tables and restocking supplies
• Uphold food safety protocols by handling food properly and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate timely service delivery

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; enthusiasm and a positive attitude are key!
• Familiarity with food handling, serving techniques, and basic food preparation enhances your ability to excel in this role
• Experience with POS systems like Aloha or Micros is a plus; training will be provided if needed
• Knowledge of restaurant operations such as bussing, food safety standards, and guest services is advantageous
• Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor are essential for creating a welcoming guest experience
• Prior banquet or hotel service experience can be beneficial but is not mandatory; we value motivated individuals eager to learn
• Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining high standards of hospitality and teamwork
