Insomnia Cookies is opening a new location at 1799 NW 2nd Ave, Boca Raton, FL 33432. We are actively interviewing Cookie Crew to help serve customers and bake our warm, delicious cookies.

• Promptly greet guests and take orders according to procedure
• Explain menu items, answer questions, repeat orders for accuracy
• Provide a warm experience with a smile in person and over the phone
• Bake cookies to perfection and scoop ice cream
• Ensure fast, warm, and correct delivery orders are packaged and sent out
• Handle cash and payments accurately, maintaining no shortages or overages
• Clean, sanitize, and maintain the bakery area

• At least 6 months of experience in a customer service focused role (preferred)
• Personable, genuine, outgoing demeanor
• Customer service focused and willingness to exceed guest expectations
• Great communication, organizational and math skills
• Ability to lift up to 40 lb boxes of product
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays
• Legally eligible to work in the United States
