SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) role at Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services

Location:

777 Glades Road, Boca Raton, FL 33431 |

Schedule:

Mon – Fri 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Pay Range: $17.00 – $18.00 per hour
Requirement:
Supervisory and inventory experience preferred, but not required.

Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while policy and procedure is maintained.

• Provide training and create work schedules.
• Evaluate performance of workers, reward high performers and discipline employees who fail to meet reasonable standards of work performance.
• Prepare production or sales reports for management and ensure unit meets expectations for quality, productivity and safety.
• Act as contact person for employees with complaints or requests for time off.
• Mentor, develop employees and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
