The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, they provide guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure store operations run effectively. As part of the store leadership team, the Key Lead drives store performance on the floor through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

• Schedule will vary weekly but should expect to work at least 12‑16 hours per week.
• Required availability on Saturdays and Sundays as well as certain holidays.
• During peak time frames, hours will increase to support the needs of the business.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma / G.E.D. equivalent preferred.

  At least 1 year of retail experience preferred.
