Liquor Store Associate, Whisper Walk

Gopuff is seeking a self-starting and ambitious individual to lead a start-up Retail Operation as a Liquor Store Associate. You will manage our customer-facing retail location with support from a strong central team dedicated to delivering an excellent customer experience. If you are growth-minded and proactive, we want to hear from you.

• 2-3 years of retail sales, customer service, or hospitality management experience
• Experience in a sales-focused environment, managing financial performance, and fostering a sales culture
• 21 years of age or older
• Effective communication skills
• Flexible schedule to meet business needs
• Strong business agility and adaptability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Team player with a helpful attitude
• Ability to lift up to 49 lbs

• Assist with daily operations following company policies
• Develop and maintain a sales and service culture focused on customer experience, brand awareness, and loyalty
• Ensure the store's appearance aligns with marketing and merchandising standards, providing a great shopping experience
• Maintain visual presentation, signage, and pricing standards
• Manage inventory levels and safety standards, protect assets
• Participate in product knowledge training and coach team members
• Utilize company tools and systems effectively to meet customer and team needs
• Drive sales, margins, and key performance metrics
