We are looking for charismatic, high‑energy individuals who want to bring the “Everyday should feel this good” vibe to life on the sales floor. From the moment you walk in the door, you’ll slip into the good life mentality and effectively coach, train and develop the team into being the ultimate Brand Ambassadors. With a focus on community, you’ll identify opportunities within and outside your four walls.
You’ll work side by side with the management team, ensuring each customer interaction is unique and tailored to their needs. You’ll support store leadership in strategic managerial tasks to successfully run one of our retail locations and grow within the organization.
- Generate sales to support store financial goals and metrics by creating memorable, lasting impressions with customers.
- “Host the party” while communicating vineyard vines core values to customers through our team.

- Execute the fundamentals of the “door to floor” concept from receiving shipments to setting the floor with new inventory.
- Focus on people development and training, providing ongoing training and onboarding for current and new crew around product, presentation and process.

DOR Overview: In addition to your role responsibilities, you will take on a Division of Responsibility (DOR). DORs are distinct responsibilities assigned to leaders in the store to ensure clarity around execution and support development. DORs rotate.
Requirements:- Minimum one year of retail leadership experience or equivalent.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel).
- Charismatic personality and love for the vineyard vines brand and community.
- Proven track record of driving sales with strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills.
- Experience and passion for leading and mentoring a team.
- Team focused, confident and professional.
- Accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to plan, manage time, and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
- Weekend availability required – scheduling will depend on business needs.
- 20–30 hours/week average maintain part‑time status.
- Seasonal stores: 25–40 hours/week average during seasonal peak periods.
- Stand and/or move around for extended periods.
- Reach, carry, bend, and climb ladders occasionally.
- Lift up to 40 pounds, unless accommodations are requested.
