Retail Store Team Leader (Part-Time) – BOCA Town Center

Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a part‑time Team Leader and be a role model while providing a brand experience for our customers.

• Maximize profitable sales by reviewing sales and margin information regularly.
• Ensure effective space‑management techniques and maintain the store graphics system (including pricing).
• Keep all fixtures replenished and evaluate competitor visual merchandising techniques to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Train sales associates on visual merchandising techniques according to LEGO® Brand Retail guidelines.
• Motivate and develop a high‑performance team by sharing LEGO® Brand vision and values.

• Leadership and/or management experience in a retail store environment.
• Experience delivering employee training.
• Cash handling, inventory/sales auditing, and use of point‑of‑sale automated systems.
• Knowledge of merchandise maintenance and visual merchandising.
• Physical ability to move, talk, hear, reach, grab, stand for at least two consecutive hours, occasional stooping, kneeling, crouching, climbing ladders, lift at least 30 lbs.
• Availability to work up to 30 hours per week (up to 30 hours of availability).

The hourly wage for the position is $20.11‑$21.51, depending on responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints.
