As a Field Merchandiser, you’ll work independently to showcase organization and time management skills, establish retailer relationships, and be the face of Hallmark. You will collaborate with local store teams to optimize product placement, maintain inventory levels, and support seasonal resets and installations when needed.

• Your starting hourly pay rate will be $15.00 to $17.00 depending on your skills and experience.
• Eligible employees receive annual pay increases.
• This is a part‑time position with a variable schedule during the work week.
• Average weekly hours are between 5 – 10 hours per week.
• Availability a week before and after major holidays, which may include weekends, is required.

• Day‑to‑day engagement:
  Using a mobile device, restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products in and outside the Hallmark department. Use technology for reporting, feedback, and surveys.
• Holiday support:
  During seasonal peaks, you may work additional days and extended hours, including holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Father’s Day.
• Department resets:
  Assist with installations, relocations, and resets of Hallmark fixtures, typically notified two weeks in advance (may include evenings or weekends).
• Team collaboration:
  Support fellow merchandisers as needed across territories.

This job requires lifting, pulling, and carrying up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally. You must be able to kneel, squat, walk, stand, and climb stairs or a step ladder throughout the workday.

• At least 18 years old.
• Basic proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
• Ability to lift products up to 30 lb frequently and 50 lb occasionally.
• Proficiency with a digital hand‑held device to open and read documents.
• Access to Wi‑Fi and the internet.
• Reliable transportation to travel to assigned stores.
