Serve as a helpful in-store resource for customers and associates, creating a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience. Manage the service hub, assist with Buy Online Pick-up in Store orders and returns, share tourism information, and book appointments for in-store services.
Responsibilities- Greet and engage customers with genuine, friendly service.
- Assist with BOPS orders, simple returns, tourism information, and service appointments.
- Use store technology and support merchandising and operational needs.
- High school diploma or equivalent encouraged; no experience required.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, adaptability, and resourcefulness.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, and to work a flexible retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, use store technology, and frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
