Support store logistics and fulfillment operations, including processing new merchandise receipts, fulfilling customer orders, and preparing shipments. Deliver accurate, efficient service while collaborating with store teams and assisting customers as needed.
Responsibilities- Process new receipts according to company standards.
- Search for and pick merchandise from the sales floor and stockrooms for fulfillment orders.
- Pack merchandise according to established policies and techniques.
- Assist with returns to vendors, price changes, damages, and other logistical initiatives.
- Welcome customers on the selling floor and support the store during major events.
- Use store technology and equipment to complete job functions.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, adapt to changing priorities, and work a flexible retail schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
