The Person al Stylist Assistant supports the Personal Stylist with client communication, outfit recommendations, and operational tasks throughout the selling process. This on-site role helps deliver a memorable customer experience in person and through online platforms.
Responsibilities- Assist with preparing and implementing selling appointments, processing transactions, and handling merchandise for Fashionphile Service.
- Follow up after appointments by tracking orders, coordinating alterations, and sending thank-you notes.
- Organize appointment scheduling, gifting projects, and experiences for top clients.
- Maintain accurate clientele information and support digital selling and social media presence.
- Return unsold merchandise to stock and ensure fitting rooms are clean.
- At least 2 years of experience with technology and digital tools.
- Fashion retail experience.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule.
