Norman Love Confections is looking to hire a
Part-Time Seasonal Retail Associate
at our
Boca
location. The Retail Associate is directly responsible for ensuring a positive guest experience. Starting wage is $16.00 per hour PLUS TIPS.

Key responsibilities for the Retail Associate include but are not limited to the following.

• Responsible for personally displaying strong customer service skills at all times and ensuring that the customer and their experience remain the top priority.
• Responsible for ensuring that we are exceeding the customers’ expectations in terms of product selection / availability, product placement and knowledgeable, engaging employees.

• Responsible for knowing the daily, weekly and monthly sales goal within your store.
• Responsible for utilizing product knowledge and sales training to increase confidence when working with customers and as a result help maximize sales revenue.
• Business Operations:
• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness standards throughout the stores.
• Responsible to ensure that the store opening / closing tasks assigned are completed accurately and to the company’s standards.
• Responsible for the execution of any additional operations plans that are developed and / or assigned by the Store Manager on a daily, weekly or ongoing basis.

• Responsible to always learn about our existing product line as well as specialty / seasonal products so that you can be knowledgeable when taking care of our customers.

• The Retail Associate is responsible for clearly communicating their availability to their Store Manager for scheduling purposes. Everyone plays a critical role in ensuring that our guests have the best possible experience and as a result, everyone is scheduled to be at work for all of their scheduled shifts.

The following are essential functions of the job and must be met in order to safely complete the tasks associated with this position.
