Job Title: Regional Business Director – New York City
Position Summary: The Regional Business Director is responsible for sales planning and results supporting ADMA Biologics products (Bivigam, Asceniv, and NABI-HB) primarily within the non‑acute market and as needed in the acute market space.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities- Accountable for sales within a geographic region, driving sales of new and existing products.
- Manage business through strategic planning, routing, and decision‑making; report directly to the Director of Sales.
- Identify and engage necessary resources to win business quickly.
- Educate physicians, staff, and pharmacy on benefits of ADMA Biologics products.
- Build and maintain relationships as liaison between accounts, specialty distributors, and ADMA Biologics.
- Work with leadership on account selection; conduct SWOT analysis on new accounts.
- Prepare monthly business reports on accounts and recommend ways to increase market share.
- Maintain customer database in CRM, forecasting and run rates.
- Execute marketing strategy and maintain updated regional business plan.
- Establish and maintain relationships with Key Opinion Leaders and healthcare decision makers.
- Consistently target, develop, and sell to new and existing customers and accounts.
- Attend local, regional, and national conferences on disease state and product‑specific topics.
Job Requirements – Competencies
- Follow cGMP procedures with great attention to detail.
- Understand and interpret government regulations and customer specifications.
- Work in high‑pressure, deadline‑driven environment.
- Advanced knowledge of standard office software (Microsoft Office).
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- FDA adherence and use independent judgment to assess compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in pharmaceutical/biopharmaceutical sales or similar relevant sales.
- Minimum three (3) years of successful selling experience within the plasma biologics/specialty space.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in successful selling within the immunology space.
- Extensive knowledge of US Healthcare system, managed care systems, and proficiency in ADMA Biologics product lines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Science; advanced degree preferred.
- Strict adherence to FDA regulations and company policies; complete required compliance training.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales interactions and data privacy regulations.
- Attend and participate in all required compliance training.
