- Prospecting and Lead Generation:
Leverage our platform that targets qualified candidates seeking our life insurance products, allowing you to focus on client interactions. - Client Consultation:
Perform comprehensive needs assessments to understand clients financial goals and insurance needs, presenting and explaining life insurance options. - Sales Presentation:
Deliver presentations to individuals and groups, tailored to address specific client concerns and preferences. - Relationship Management:
Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients, with regular follow-ups to ensure satisfaction and policy retention. - Market Research:
Stay informed on industry trends, competitive products, and market conditions to position our products effectively. - Sales Reporting:
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress toward targets; prepare regular management reports. - Compliance:
Ensure activities adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and manage a flexible schedule.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field is a plus.
- Life insurance license or the ability to obtain one (assistance provided to acquire license if not currently licensed).
