Job Title: Inside Sales Center Representative

Job Type: Full‑Time

Salary: $31,200 – $70,000 + commissions

Paid Training: $17.00 per hour for first 8 weeks

ISG, founded in 2008, is a US‑based marketing, advertising, customer acquisition, and sales company. We operate a call center that uses a highly measured, consultative approach to convert call orders and complete the customer acquisition journey.

As an Inside Sales Center Representative, you will turn callers into new customers using our consultative sales approach. You will become a subject‑matter expert in our sales process, product knowledge, and order entry platform through paid, comprehensive training.

Home services such as internet, wireless services, and home security.

• Master our sales process, product knowledge, and order entry platform during paid training.
• Offer, upsell, and cross‑sell promotions based on serviceability.
• Manage numerous inbound and transferred calls promptly from a dual‑monitored workstation.
• Assist callers with product availability, pricing, and enrollment.
• Qualify callers on payment card industry (PCI) data compliance.
• Adhere to all ISG and partner policies.

• Strong communication skills (empathetic listener & persuasive speaker).
• Technologically savvy.
• Able to multi‑task in a fast‑paced environment.
• Sales experience preferred.

To support your ramp period, you receive a $17.00 hourly guarantee for the first 8 weeks. After training, you earn commissions; the average agent earns $20 per hour, and most exceed this during the ramp to performance period.
