• Implement a consultative selling approach to understand agents' business needs
• Collect and manage agency profile information and document contact interactions in the database
• Provide weekly activity reports and participate in territory reviews with senior management

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent training and experience
• Minimum of 3 years of outside sales experience
• CA Excess & Surplus License required (must be obtained within the first 30 days of employment)
• Excellent verbal and written communication and analytical skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with varying deadlines

• At least 3 years of experience in a P&C insurance sales capacity
