This role is part of that effort and will play a direct role in generating pipeline and shaping how we approach outbound sales going forward.
About the RoleWe’re hiring a Sales Development Representative to join our team in a dedicated, in-office sales environment. This role is focused on high-volume outbound calling to warm and cold lead lists, qualifying interest, and booking meetings.
This is a hands‑on execution role for someone who likes clear goals, daily structure, and performance‑based upside.
What You’ll Do- Make 50–70 outbound calls per day from provided lead lists
- Use structured talk tracks to engage prospects
- Qualify interest and schedule meetings
- Accurately log calls, notes, and outcomes in our CRM
- Participate in daily standups and ongoing coaching
- Consistently hit activity and booking targets
- Comfortable spending most of the day on the phone
- Competitive, coachable, and resilient
- Organized and reliable with follow‑through
- Prior sales or calling experience a plus, not required
- Willing to work fully in‑office in Boca Raton
- Base salary: $45,000–$55,000 (depending on experience)
- Performance bonus / commission: tied to qualified meetings held
- On‑target earnings (OTE): $60,000–$75,000
